Do your suitcases come with a warranty?
Yes, our suitcases are guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, or zippers for as long as you own the bag.
How do I clean and care for my luggage?
For polycarbonate shells, use warm water and mild soap. For aluminum, use a soft cloth and specialized metal cleaner. Interior linings can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.
